Return Policy

At Arocell Inc, we value your time, and we are confident we offer our customers nothing but top-quality products and services. However, once you make your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your order once it is received, exchanging or returning the product is easy for a full refund of the purchase price.

All return and exchange inquiries must be made within 15 days of receiving the package, except for AROCELL Belle J Super Power Cell Ampoule and AROCELL Time Reverse Kit. Due to their nature of formulation, these products are not eligible for returns or exchanges..

 

 

Returning

To return or exchange an item, please email info@arocellus.com providing your order number and the reason for a return/exchange. You will then receive a prepaid shipping label from arocellus.com via a confirmation email.

Please print the label and affix it to the return package. Return the gently used products with all contents from the original set or kit. Please note that we cannot accept partial returns or exchanges from a set or kit. You must return the complete set for a refund. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund. arocellus.com cannot accept any returned merchandise damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please re-package all items appropriately.

Suppose you do not use arocellus.com's prepaid shipping label and elect to use your shipping method. In that case, we strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service's insured services so your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination.

Gift with Purchase - If you received a gift with a purchase, the gift items must be returned as well for your refund to be processed.

Once your return package is received and inspected by arocellus.com's Customer Service & Fulfillment Center, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Please note that we cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled with tampered or other creams for refund or exchange.

arocellus.com reserves the right to monitor return activity on accounts for fraud/abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at arocellus.com in all instances.

If you have any questions regarding your return status, you may contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. To send an email, visit our Contact us page on arocellus.com. We will acknowledge any email requests within one business day. Your request may require research; therefore, we ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your inquiry completely.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges at arocellus.com except in the case where an item was damaged in shipment/transit or if an error was made on arocellus.com's part during fulfillment. If your items were damaged during shipment/transit or experienced a fulfillment error, please retain the box, packaging, and contents and email info@arocellus.com for assistance. Be sure to provide your order number. If you seek an exchange, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the product you want.

Arocell Inc will only exchange or refund items purchased on arocellus.com

Please note that arocellus.com reserves the right not to ship to any warehouse or freight forwarding companies.
